Lots of people wonder how to get more hits on blogs. So I've discussed this with other members and here are the top five answers!

#1. Use good grammar! No one wants to read a sloppy blog written by a careless person. It is ugly, unappealing, and just plain stupid. You see, spell checking takes less than a minute, and is definitely worth it.

#2. Post good stuff! Don't post random stuff about how someone did this or that. Also don't make mom jokes, it just, isn't funny in a blog post. And honestly just a waste of space!

#3. Don't make blog post complaining about your blog! Seriously, I have seen tons of blog post with people complaining that their blog gets no hits. If you want hits sit down and write something good! Also don't spam the Chat box

#4. Pictures are good! It is nice to show pictures of stuff, even if you grab an image off Google images. Make sure the image is somehow related. If an image is added properly, then it can make your post look so much better.

#5. Keep it up! This is a personal opinion, because when you first start you won't get many hits. But seriously keep making good post and people will start reading. Also if you link it to a Blogger or Wordpress blog then it can be helpful. So you can leave post on your main blog, then Game Jolt will pick it up, bringing more traffic to your main blog!
